Boomtown area 404

Area 404 was a new stage in the chapter 12 of Boomtown Festival and was also set up at their new HQ for events (now renamed wake the tiger).

As Head of Costume i was in charge of creating costumes for this set and it’s events. The theme of this space was dystopian, future and apocalyptic. So with a very short time scale (three days) I pulled together a small team of makers and got making. I had 25 orange jumpsuits screen printed with the appropriate logos and then we distressed them and made apocalyptic scavenged looking armour for all 25 actors as well as accessories for all the 45 bar staff.
